Wesley H Wallace

Wesley H. Wallace,89, of Moncks Corner, husband of Barbara Ann Wallace, passed away Sunday evening, May 10, 2015, at his residence.

Mr. Wallace was born June 26, 1925, in Charleston County, the son of Joyner H. Wallace and Ellen Atkinson Wallace.

He was a U. S. Navy veteran, having served during World War II on the USS Intrepid. Mr. Wallace had retired from WestVaCo as paper machine foreman.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are two daughters - Debra Peterson and her husband, Jerry, of Moncks Corner; and Sheryl Williamson and her husband, Alan, of Greensboro, N.C.; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Janice Capps.

His funeral service will be held at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL Thursday morning, May 14, 2015, at 11 o'clock. Interment will follow in Rehoboth United Methodist Church Cemetery in MacBeth. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel between 6 and 8 o'clock Wednesday evening.
