Virginia Pless Faw

Virginia Pless Faw, 85, of Moncks Corner, widow of Fred H. Faw, passed away Saturday
morning, November 14, 2009, at her residence.


Mrs. Faw was born August 27, 1924, at Roanoke, Virginia, the daughter of Horace
Talmadge Pless, Sr., and Emma Brown Pless.


She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. She had retired from a physicians office
as a Licensed Practical Nurse.


Surviving are two sons - Fred H. Faw, Jr. of Cookville, TN; and Michael G. Faw of Mt. Pleasant;
a sister Louise P. Simmons of Charlotte, NC; a brother - John Pless of Hickory, NC; six
grandchildren and six great grandchildren.


Her funeral service will be at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon, November 16, at Maranatha Baptist
Church. Entombment will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens, directed by RUSSELL
FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner. Friends may call at Russell Funeral Chapel from
6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Sunday. Memorials may be made to Maranatha Baptist Church,
