Travis Leroy Clarke

Travis Leroy Clarke, 40, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 6, 2023.

Travis was born on June 8, 1982, in Charleston, the son of the late Walter Lee Clarke, and Lisa Nobles Wessinger. A truck driver for Swift Trucking Company, Travis loved his trade because it afforded him the opportunity to travel the United States.  He spent many years with Crystal Clarke, the mother of his first four children, and more recently was very excited to move to Missouri with his newest daughter, Vaeya, and new love, Alana. Travis enjoyed time spent outdoors hunting and fishing and cherished his time with his children. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his mother, are his five children- Jennifer, Makayla, Travis Jr., Jayda, and Vaeya; two brothers- Jesse Clarke and Chase Wessinger; three sisters- Crystal Daniels, Cheyenne Clarke and Kasey Wessinger; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

His funeral service will be held at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Friday morning, February 10, 2023, at 11 o’clock. Interment will follow in Green Haven Preserve, 1701 Vanboklen Rd, Eastover, SC 29044. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 10 o’clock until the hour of service.
