Ronnie Newberry

Ronnie Lee Newberry, 65,of Jamestown, husband of Judy Young Pruitt Newberry, died Friday, March 16, 2012, in a Charleston hospital.

Ronnie was born March 27, 1946, in Richlands, VA., the son of Dell Newberry and Pansy Hess Newberry.

He was an Army veteran and had been employed at Roper Berkeley Hospital.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are a son - Brian Newberry of Summerville; a daughter-Patty Newberry of Jamestown; a sister - Wilma Fletcher and her husband, Allen, of Little Orleans, MD; 2 brothers - Clebe Newberry and his wife, Janice of Richlands, VA: and Monnie Newberry of TN. He was predeceased by a son - Tony Newberry.

A memorial service for Ronnie will be held Monday afternoon, March 19, 2012, at 3 o'clock in Russell Funeral Chapel.
