Robert Charles "Bob" Partridge, 67, of Jamestown, died Saturday, January 29, 2011, at his residence.
Robert was born October 15, 1943, in Bunker Hill, IL, a son of Robert E. Partridge and Helen Muskgrove Partridge Clore.
He was retired as a facilities manager with General Dynamics Services Company. He served three tours with the Army in Vietnam.
Surviving are his wife, Cathryn M. Partridge; children - Lance Partridge and his wife, Tina, of Jacksonville, FL; Shane Partridge and his wife, Christy, of Goose Creek; Yvonne Mizeras and her husband, Brad, of Jacksonville; Derrick Partridge of Jacksonville; Bobby Partridge of St. Louis, Mo. 9 grandchildren; and 13 siblings and their respective spouses - Patrick; Kathy; Tim; Lonnie; David; George; John; Betsy; Brian Scott; Penny; Candie; Tommy and Michelle. He was predeced in death by his parents; a brother - Danny, a sister - Nancy and an infant daughter.
A celebration of Bob's life will be held Saturday afternoon, February, 5, 2010, in St. James United Methodist Church in Jamestown at 2 o'clock. The family will receive friends at the church between 6 and 8 o'clock Friday evening.
