Phylis Gail Perpruner

Phylis Gail Caldwell Perpruner, 72, of Ladson, wife of Richard Louis Perpruner, passed away Friday in a Charleston hospital.

Gail was born January 16, 1941, in Moncks Corner, the daughter of Philip S. Caldwell and Beatrice Orvin Caldwell.

She was a member of Midway Baptist Church and had retired from Berkeley County Schools as a cafeteria employee.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are two sons - Kevn P. Perpruner and his wife, Eva, of North Charleston; and Troy P. Perpruner of Dorchester; two grandchildren - Rhett Perpruner of Lousiana and Jade Perpruner of North Charleston; a stepson - Jamie Green of Louisiana; and a brother - Chad Caldwell and his wife, Judy, of Jedburg.

Her funeral service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner, Monday afternoon, May 20, 2013, at 3 o'clock. Interment will follow in Macedonia Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel from 2 o'clock until the hour of service.
