Phillip Wayne Moody, 66, of Hanahan passed away Sunday February 7, 2021.
Wayne was born January 3, 1955 in Greenville, a son of Leroy Moody and Julia Ruth Sheffield Moody.
A proud member of Boilermaker Local 687 out of Charleston, Wayne was an avid motorcycle rider and often referred to himself as “Evel Knievel.”
Surviving are a son- Shawn Moody and his wife, Claire, of Ravenel; two daughters- Brandi Dahlen of Conway and Amanda Williams also of Conway; four grandchildren- Dalton Bell, Teddy Moody, Brittani Dahlen and Lilli Flowers; three brothers- Terry Moody and his wife, Ellen, of Hanahan; Tommy Moody and his wife, Sandra, of Cottageville; Micheal Moody and his wife, Anna, of Summerville; a sister- Agnes Thompson and her husband, Jim, of Moncks Corner.
All services will be private. Russell Funeral Chapel is honored to be serving the Moody family.
