Nancy L. Wilder, 76, of Russellville, passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at a local hospital.
Nancy was born January 26, 1938, in Russellville, S.C., a daughter of Clarence J. Wilder and Minnie Barnett Wilder.
She was a former machine operator at Santee River Wool Combing and St. Stephen Knitwear, and was a member of the Russellville Christian Church.
Surviving are her daughter – Michell Smith and her husband Kim, of Moncks Corner; 2 brothers– John Russell Wilder of Walahalla; Clarence J. Wilder Jr. and his wife Merilyn of Russellville; 1 sister – Clara Smith-Brunson and her husband Jennings Oscar Brunson of Moncks Corner; 5 grandchildren– Brandon Cummings, Breanna Cummings, Katelynn Smith, Ashley Smith, and Lauren Smith. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a grandson William Michael Cummings Jr.
Her funeral service will be held in Russellville Christian Church Sunday afternoon, August 3, 2014, at 3 o’clock. The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to the service, between 2 and 3 o’clock. Interment will be in the church cemetery directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner.
