Miguel Ramirez

Miguel Ramirez, 55, of Goose Creek, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.

Miguel was born May 24, 1956 in Bronz, New York, the son of Hector Colon and Lydia Velez.
He was a beloved father and grandfather, and he was an avid Yankees fan.

Surviving are his fiance - Terri Reid of Goose Creek; a son - Miguel A. Ramirez, Jr; and a daughter - Amy Ramirez, both of Moncks Corner; 2 step-daughters - Arlene M. Bermudez and Abby Cuencas, both of Spartanburg; a stepson - James Reid; and grandchildren - Carlos Gonzalez; Josiel Ponce; Miguel Angel Ramirez Barreto; Migdoel Guzman; Jeramir R. Guzman; Samantana A. Oquendo; Lydia Oquido; Virginia M. Gonzalez; Naomi M. Bermudez; Fatima Bermudez; Zeyad A. Hassounah; and Jaden A. Cuencas.

Funeral service will be private.
