Matthew Driggers, Jr., 34, of Hanahan, husband of Kimberly Holladay Driggers passed away January 5, 2020 at his residence.
Matthew was born October 4, 1985 in Charleston, a son of Matthew Driggers, Sr. and Patricia Johnson Driggers.
A framer with a local construction company, Matthew was a big guy with a big heart and smile, he never said anything bad about anyone. He enjoyed playing video games, hunting, fishing and hanging out with his family and large group of friends. He will be sadly missed.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are his step father- Robert Pye; two daughters- Alyssa Driggers and Debbrielle Driggers; a son- Matthew Driggers; a sister- Samantha Driggers; nephew- Kameron Spence; step sister- Amanda Pye; step sons- Jeffrey Faaberg; Erik Faaberg; Joshua Faaberg; a step daughter- Carrie Faaberg; grandfather- Hallie Driggers, Jr.; grandmothers- Diane Driggers and Mary Graham; four aunts- Shirley Bazzle; Brenda Johnson; Linda Driggers and Patty Peagler; two uncles- Tony Driggers and Darryel Driggers. He is predeceased by a grandfather- Watsel Johnson and an uncle- Wayne Johnson.
His service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner Saturday evening January 11, 2020 at 5 o’clock. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 4 o’clock until the hour of service.
