Marjorie Browder Pipkin

Marjorie Browder Pipkin, 91, of Moncks Corner, widow of James A. Parker, Robert L. Farmer and Robert D. Pipkin passed away peacefully at home in her sleep, Sunday, June 18, 2017.

Marjorie was born January 31, 1926, in Greeleyville, a daughter of Theodore Browder and Viola Gamble Browder.

A graduate of Macedonia High School, Marjorie attended school in Greeleyville when she was younger. She was a retired production worker for C.R. Bard and a member of Bonneau Baptist Church. She enjoyed working with her flowers but her family was her entire world. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

Surviving are two sons- James “Jim” Parker and his wife, T. Beth of Moncks Corner and Robert Lewis Farmer, Jr. also of Moncks Corner; nine grandchildren- Cynthia Guerry, Deborah Cook, James Parker II, Leslie Ann Wilson, Robert Farmer III, Kaleb Farmer, Nichole Markham and Sarah Upham; sixteen great grandchildren- Lisa Allsbrook, Kathereen Jackson, Ashley Chance, Nina Rose Parker, Piper Parker, Olivia Parker, Will Farmer, Kristen Farmer, Shelby Wilson, Eddie Riley, Madison Wilson, Reagan Wilson, Jacob Wilson, Hannah Grace Markham, Haleigh Markham and Emily Upham; eight great- great grands- Josie Allsbrook, Apple Jackson, Zachary Chance, Dillon Chance, Jacob Chance, Cadence Chance, Brinley Farmer and Oaklyn Farmer; a sister- Gladys Beach. She was predeceased by a son- Thomas O. Farmer; a granddaughter-Adrian Farmer; a sister- Lucy B. Spriggs; four brothers- Edward Browder, Marvin White Browder, Theodore Browder, Jr. and Garland Browder.

Her funeral service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Wednesday afternoon, June 21, 2017, at 3 o’clock. Interment will follow in Thornley Cemetery, Moncks Corner. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 o’clock until the hour of service.
