Margaret W. Warren, 93, of Bonneau, widow of Norman Warren, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013, in a St. Stephen nursing home.
Margaret was born April 22, 1920, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the only child of Scott and Edna Hoffman. She attended schools and graduated from high school in the Terre Haute area.
Margaret married Arthur Frank Williams in 1951. Frank worked as a boilermaker which eventually brought them to Bonneau, S.C. In 1975 Frank passed away from cancer. Margaret later married Clarence Robert "Bob" Thomas, and they made their home on Bonneau Street until Bob's death in 1991.
A widow once again, Margaret married Norman Warren and remained in Bonneau until her death. Norman passed away in the fall of 2012.
Margaret is survived by her step daughter - Juanita Warren Hammonds of Bonneau; step-sons - Troy Warren of Lawton, OK; and Gene Warren of Bonneau; step-nephew Larry Thomas and his wife, Debby, of Salmon, Idaho: step-niece Betty Lou Cannon of Hot Springs, Montana; and step sister-in-law, Bernice Keller, of Georgetown, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents and spouses.
Margaret's funeral service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel Wednesday morning, June 12, 2013, at 11 o'clock. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
