Margaret Fay Loyd

Margaret Fay Loyd, 42, of St. George, died Monday, July 19, 2010, from injuries sustained in an
automobile accident.

Margie was born November 28, 1967 in Berkeley County, the daughter of Richard Wiggins
and Ruth Jackson Petersen.

She worked at Publix in Knightsville as the assistant manager of the Deli-Bakery and was also a member of the ABATE.

Surviving are her father-Richard Wiggins, of Ridgeville; mother-Ruthie Petersen and her
husband Don, of Goose Creek; her life companion-Parker Byrd and his children April Denise Byrd and Amber Ellie Byrd, of St. George; a sister- Delane Harmon and her husband Carson of Ridgevillle: two nephews- Daniel and Dylan; Aunts- Evelyn Fancher, Stella Crumpler and Betty Simpson; Uncle-James Jackson; and many cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Richard “Richie” Wiggins, Jr.

Her funeral service will be held Thursday morning, July 22, 2010, at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner, at 11 o’clock. Interment will be held at Carolina Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home between 6 and 8 o’clock Wednesday evening.
