Kim Adele (Sieben) Anderson-Harris

January 10, 1965 — December 16, 2023

Columbus, Ga.

Kim Adele Sieben Anderson-Harris, familiarly known as Kim to friends and family, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2023, in Columbus, Georgia. Born on January 10, 1965, in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, Kim's vibrant spirit and warm heart touched the lives of many. She was a beacon of love to all who knew her and will be remembered for her loving, generous, and selfless nature.

Kim graduated from Macedonia High School and further enriched her knowledge with an associate degree from Texas Technical College. Her commitment to her community was evident through her service as the store manager at Fort Moore (formerly known as Ft. Benning) where Kim's leadership brought both efficiency and a familial warmth. Kim had the distinct honor of being the first female member of her local United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees), where her involvement left an indelible mark.

Kim was a true matriarch, balancing her professional duties with a profound dedication to her family. She stood steadfast as an Army wife, a role she cherished deeply, exemplifying strength and resilience. As a leader of an Army support group, Kim coordinated the delivery of homemade cookies to deploying soldiers, showing her support and care for those in uniform.

Among her many interests, Kim found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid baker, a lover of reading, and could often be found binge-watching her favorite TV shows. Her adventurous spirit led her to exciting Pokemon hunts and browsing antique shops. However, her greatest pleasure came from spending precious moments with her beloved children and family members.

Kim leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her devoted husband, Wayne SA Harris, and her adored children, Halloween H. Harris, Dexter OA. Harris, Nathaniel JA. Harris, and Alycia A. Harris. Kim's life was further enriched by the bonds she shared with her siblings, Jerry D. Braschler, Jerry M. Sieben, and Janet S. Sieben, as well as her nieces and nephews, Jared W. Braschler, Kyle A. Braschler, Megan D. Sieben, Gregory L. Sieben, and Michael R. Boyd.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry L. Sieben and Farris D. Litchfield, her brother Gregory L. Sieben, and her beloved niece Heather A. Sieben.
Her enduring kindness and the tales of her generosity are the legacies that her family will hold dear and share with future generations.

Though her physical presence is no longer with us, Kim Adele Sieben Anderson-Harris's spirit continues to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have been a part of her journey through life. As we bid farewell to Kim, we also express our deepest gratitude for the time we had with her. She lived a life that exemplified grace, compassion, and a boundless capacity to give.

. As we honor her memory, let us carry forward the love she so freely gave and the lessons she taught through her example.
