Kenneth Crownover

May 29, 1960 — July 13, 2021

Kenneth Glenn Crownover, 61, of Moncks Corner, husband of Cathy Hood Crownover passed away Tuesday July 13, 2021.

Kenny was born May 29, 1960 in Berkeley County, the son of Melissa M. Gaskins and Bobby W. Crownover.

During his career, he achieved many acknowledgments. He will always be thankful for the friends he made during that time, he enjoyed working with his guys.

Kenny was a free Mason- Mt. Hope Lodge #128 and an Omar Shriner. He enjoyed being outdoors on his tractor and lawnmower and taking care of his farm animals. He enjoyed fishing and hunting; it brought him great pleasure on Saturday hunts, to be dog hunting with his granddaughter and son. As a member of the St. Stephen Gun Club, Kenny had the pleasure of meeting a good group of guys and he enjoyed their friendship.

Kenny especially enjoyed spending time in his shop with his son. His granddaughters were so special and precious to him. He was a loving husband, father and Papa. He will be forever missed by his family.

Surviving are his wife of 40 years- Cathy Hood Crownover; a son- Robert Glenn Crownover and his wife, Ashley; two granddaughters- Madison Ann Crownover and Carter McKenzie Crownover; brother- Wade Crownover.  In addition to his parents, Kenny is predeceased by a brother- Wyatt Crownover.

His graveside service will be held in Berkeley Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner, Friday July 16, 2021 at 11 o’clock.
