Keith Walker

Keith Walker, 47, of Moncks Corner, Communication Technician with Santee Cooper, died Wednesday evening, August 24, 2011, in a Charleston hospital.

Keith was born December 3, 1963, in Walterboro, a son of Edgar Jewell Walker and Helen Dean Burnette Walker.

He was a member of First Christian Church of Moncks Corner. Keith always enjoyed the outdoors, and he was an avid stock car fan.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Moncks Corner, are a sister - Carmen Walker of Pembroke Pines, FL; a brother - Blair Walker and his wife, Jenny, of Sharpsburg, GA; two nephews - Seth Walker of Savannah, GA; and Jacob Walker of Sharpsburg, GA, and an extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Keith's funeral service will be held in RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner, Sunday afternoon, August 28, 2011, at 3 o'clock. Interment will follow in Berkeley Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel between 5 and 7 o'clock Saturday evening.
