Juanita J. Warren Hammonds

Juanita J. Warren Hammonds, 78, of Bonneau, former food service manager, widow of Billy Joe Hammonds, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014, in Mt. Pleasant.

Juanita was born May 8, 1936, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Norman Henry Warren and Lily Mae Silver Warren.

She was a member of Bonneau Baptist Church and a member of the Seniors Luncheon Group.

Surviving are 4 daughters - Wanda Loonam and her husband, Barry, of Bremerton, WA; Cindy Hammonds of St. Stephen; Linda Casselman and her husband, Javen of Jamestown; and Sheri Duck and her husband, Calvin, of Bonneau; a son - Billy Joe Hammonds, Jr. of Bonneau Beach; 9 grand children; 12 great grandchildren; 2 brothers - Henry T. Warren and his wife, Evelyn, of Lawton, OK; and Norman E. Warren and his wife, Kathy, of Bonneau Beach.

Her funeral service will be held at Bonneau Baptist Church Tuesday afternoon, May 27, 2014, at 12 noon, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner, Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to the service, between 11 o'clock and 12 noon.
