John William O'Brien Iii

John William "Trey" O'Brien III, 40, of Moncks Corner, husband of Shellie H. O'Brien, died Sunday, April 18, 2010, at his residence.

Trey was born December 18,1969, at Birmingham, Alabama, the son of the late John W. O'Brien, Jr and Brenda Toxey O'Brien Milburn.

He was a truck driver in the construction industry and was of the Baptist faith. Trey retired from trucking to become a caregiver for Carol Gaydos, affectionately known as "Aunt Carol".

Surviving in addition to his wife, are a son - Cody O'Brien; a daughter - Cheyenne O'Brien; his mother - Brenda T. Milburn and her husband, Jerry, of Gulf Shores, AL; a brother - Sean Keith O'Brien and his wife, Angel, of Bonneau; a sister - Kristi Reid of Bonneau; 3 aunts - Pat Beasley and her husband, James, of Fultondale, AL; Joyce Holcomb and her husband, Marlyn, of Gardendale,AL; and Tricia Toxey of Fultondale, AL; an uncle - Wayne Toxey and his wife, Tina, of Cross.

The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel this Thursday evening, April 22, 2010, between 5:30 and 6:30. A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 6:30 P.M.
