John H. Kinard, Jr.

John H. Kinard, Jr., 66, of Olar, South Carolina, a retired car salesman, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

John was born February 20, 1952 in Charleston, a son of John H. Kinard, Sr. and Juanita Jackson Kinard.

A loving “Popa”, who’s passion was fishing and hunting and passing those skills down to his children and grandchildren. His favorite thing in the world was to have his family over to his 4 acre farm to feed the farm animals, cookout and go grape and berry picking. He will be sadly missed.

Surviving are two sons- John H. Kinard III of Nashville, Tn.; William Kyle Kinard of Goose Creek; a daughter- Rachael Kinard of Moncks Corner; fiancé Karen Wilson of Olar; grandchildren- Cameron Kinard, Cody Kinard, Kyle Kinard, Jaxson Kinard, Evan Kinard and Alex Kinard; great grandchildren- Bre Lynch and Bohannon Gaige Kinard; a brother- Mack Kinard and his wife, Cheryl, of Hanahan and a sister- Kathy Palazzo of Florida.

A memorial service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner, Saturday afternoon, March 24, 2018, at 2 o’clock. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 1 o’clock until the hour of service.
