Jamie Lee Temples-Gibson

August 30, 1987 — July 31, 2022

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jamie Temples-Gibson, 34, of North Charleston, who gained her wings and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 31, 2022.

Jamie was born August 30, 1987, in San Diego, CA, the daughter of Joseph Edward Temples and Kelley Hammell Haselden.

A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend, Jamie was truly an “Angel” to everyone.  Jamie was always so giving and loving and wanted what was best for everyone in her life.  She attended Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant, and enjoyed painting, reading, cross-stitching, working out, and because of her adventurous nature, she loved to travel and try new foods.

A graduate of the American Public University System, Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies and worked most of her career to help others, whether it be in the workplace or personally.  Jamie was very passionate about her LTD family/team and she enjoyed sharing the health benefits these products could provide to families. She volunteered through the “Rise Against Hunger” program, where it was her mission to ensure that others had more than they needed.

In addition to her husband, Paul Gibson, Jamie leaves behind two step-children- Kaylynn and Shylynn Gibson; her mother- Kelley Haselden; step-father- Tracy Haselden; brother- Joseph T. Temples; nephew- Joseph B. Temples; grandfather- Paul Biese; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her beloved fur babies, Pebbles and Bam Bam.  She was predeceased by her grandparents, Bill and Donna Hammell and Shirley Biese, and her aunt, Arlene Stenger.

Jamie’s positive and beautiful legacy will live on in the lives of many, as she has given the beautiful gift of life through organ donation.   A celebration of life will be scheduled in the near future to honor her amazing life for those who loved her.
