Geana Mixson Martinez

Geana Mixson Martinez, 44, wife of Walter Martinez, of Hanahan, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014, at her residence.

Geana was born August 15, 1970, in Charleston County, daughter of Leonard Jerold Mixson and Christina Rodgers Mixson.

Surviving in addition to her husband and her mother, are a daughter - Amber Nicole Mixson; 2 sons - David Alan Perritte and Matthew Wayne Vermani; a brother - Leonard Jerold Mixson II; and 2 sisters - Christel Berdan and Tonya Murray.

The graveside funeral service for Geana will be Sunday September 21, 2014 at 2 o'clock in Perry Hill Cemetery, 269 Glace Bay Lane, St. Stephen SC, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL Moncks Corner.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening September 20, 2014 between 5 and 7 o'clock.
