Gary Wayne Phillips

Gary Wayne Phillips, 53, of Bonneau, husband of Denise Agrifoglio Phillips, died December 26, 2014, in North Charleston, S.C.

Gary was born October 3, 1961, in Summerville, South Carolina, son of Raymond Taylor Phillips and Mary Louise Stewart Phillips.

He was a residential carpenter and a member of ABATE of South Carolina Hell Hole Chapter.

Surviving are three daughters- Donielle Rene'e Phillips, of Goose Creek; Tasha Marie Phillips and Mary Anne Phillips, both of Bonneau;
a son- Sr. Airman Justin Tyme Phillips, United States Air Force, also of Bonneau; one brother- Michael Eugene Phillips and his wife, Gayle, of Moncks Corner; three sisters- Debbra Elaine Russell and her husband, Steven, of Moncks Corner; Joanna Rae Sports and her husband, Steven, of Summerville; Linda Jean Collins and her husband, Del, of Moncks Corner; one grandson- Reighly Dane Waldoch.

A memorial service for Gary will be held in Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner S.C., Wednesday afternoon, December 31, 2014, at 3 o'clock. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 until the hour of service.

There will be an additional visitation, Monday January 5, 2015 from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m., in the conference room of the Comfort Inn, Big Stone Gap Virginia. Interment will follow in Powell Valley Memorial Cemetery at 2 o'clock.
