Frances M Porcher

Frances Martin Porcher, 67, of Columbia, wife of Henry Ravenel
Porcher, died Saturday at her residence.

Graveside memorial service will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock
in St. Stephen Episcopal Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends
at Reflections Club, Stoney Creek Road, Columbia, S.C. 29209, from
3 until 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.

Mrs. Porcher was born April 10, 1941, in York County, the daughter of
Madison Odell Martin and Lottie A. Gunn Martin. She was retired from
South Carolina state govenment. Mrs. Porcher was a Baptist.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two sisters - Lois Mathias and
her husband, Donald; Roberta M. Howell and her husband, Rembert;
two brothers - Thomas E. Martin and his wife, Mary; M. C. Martin, Sr.
and his wife, Mary; and 13 nieces and nephews.
