Florence E. "Sandy" Liebherr

October 15, 1947 — October 12, 2013

Florence E. "Sandy" Liebherr, 65, of Moncks Corner, former apartment complex manager, former Moncks Corner Police Department Dispatcher, and former member of Moncks Corner Fire Department, passed away peacefully in Hospice of Charleston, following a long illness.

Sandy was born October 15, 1947, at Queens, N.Y., the daughter of Arthur Frank and Florence Sandusky
Frank.

The wife of David Liebherr, she was a graduate of Berkeley High School, and was a founding member of St. Michael Lutheran Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons: James Liebherr and his wife, Angie; Steven Liebherr, and John Liebherr, all of Moncks Corner; a step-daughter, Dawn Vinski of Ohio; two sisters - Janet Morton and Lillian Clark, both of Moncks Corner; two brothers - Glenn Frank and Arthur Frank, both of Moncks Corner; three grandchildren - James, Jr; Dillion and Johnna Liebherr; and two great grandchildren.

A memorial service in honor of Sandy will be held in St. Michael Lutheran Church, Moncks Corner, Saturday afternoon, November 9, 2013, at 2 o'clock. The family will receive friends at St. Michael for one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner.
