Dwayne Alan Belk

Dwayne Alan Belk, 52, of Moncks Corner, husband of Janelle Wyndham Belk passed away February 28, 2018.

Dwayne was born July 18, 1965 in Lumberton, NC, a son of Ruth Kelley Belk and the late Ira Alvis Belk.

He was a dedicated husband of 31 years, a loving father and grandfather, and member of St. Stephen Evangelical Church. A 1983 graduate of Berkeley High School, who also served his country in the US Navy. Dwayne was employed by Century Aluminum as a machinist.

Dwayne was Past Master of Mt. Hope Lodge #128, Past Patron of O.E.S. Morning Star #121 as well as Scottish Rite 32nd degree and OMAR Shrine.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are a son- Alan Belk and his wife, Hope, of Moncks Corner; a daughter- Brittney Belk of Moncks Corner; a grandson- Avery Belk and a sister- Robin Lewis and her husband, Joe, of Summerville. In addition to his father, Dwayne is predeceased by a brother Ira Belk.

His funeral service will be held at the St. Stephen Evangelical Church, Saturday afternoon, March 3, 2018, at 3 o’clock. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 o’clock until the hour of service.
