Donald J Smith

Donald James Smith, 67, of Macedonia, a truck driver and husband of Annette Brinson Smith, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018.

Donald was born August 3, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of Donald James Campbell and Irene Elizabeth Kelly Smith.

A loving husband, father and grandfather, Donald served his country in the US Navy in Vietnam. He enjoyed working on cars and trucks, boating, fishing and camping. He will be sadly missed.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a son- Donald B. Smith and his wife, Kathy, of Bonneau; a daughter- Tracey Lynn Smith of Bennettsville; three grandchildren- Carter Smith, Hunter Smith and Addison Smith; a sister- Kathy Smith of Macedonia.

His graveside service, with military honors, will be held in Brinson Cemetery, 1034 Wild Rose Lane, Bonneau SC, 29431 Friday afternoon April 20, 2018, at 4 o'clock. The family will receive friends at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Thursday evening April 19, 2018 from 5 to 7 o’clock.
