Dianne Wyndham Turbeville

Dianne Wyndham Turbeville, 69, of Moncks Corner, passed away Saturday evening, February 11, 2012, at her home.

Dianne was born August 27, 1942, in Berkeley County, daughter of Calhoun Wyndham and Gertrude Morris Wyndham.

She recently celebrated 25 years as an administrative assistant with Home Telecom in Moncks Corner. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she had served as secretary of the Relief Society of the church.

Surviving are two sons – Kevin D. Welch of Moncks Corner; and Jamee E. Welch and his wife,, Darlene, of Midville, Georgia; two daughters – Gina T. Austin and Julia E. Welch, both of Moncks Corner; a brother – Robert C. “Bobby” Wyndham and his wife, Virginia, of Moncks Corner; a sister – Jean W. Varner and her husband, Wayne, of Moncks Corner; sister-in-law, Betty D. Wyndham of Moncks Corner; and four grandchildren – Ashley and Misty Welch; and Rebecca and Jake Hutson. She was predeceased by an infant daughter – Misty D. Welch; and three brothers – Lagree, F. E., and Billy Wyndham.

Her funeral service was held in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Moncks Corner, Wednesday afternoon, February 15, 2012, at 1 o’clock. Interment followed in Berea United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bethera, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL of Moncks Corner. The family received friends at Russell Funeral Chapel Tuesday evening, Feburary 14, between 5:30 and 7:30.
