David S. Kuffel

David S. Kuffel, 78, of Moncks Corner, retired electrician with the Charleston Naval Shipyard and husband of Marie Kyle Kuffel, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016, at his residence.

David was born December 25, 1937, in Presque Isle County, Michigan, son of Sam Kuffel and Mary Darga Kuffel.

David served in the US Navy.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are a son - Andrew David Kuffel and his wife, Nancy Kuffel, of Summerville; daughter - Cynthia Kuffel Law and her husband, Dale, of Moncks Corner; a sister - Rose Heiler of Michigan; grandchildren - Jaclyn Kuffel; David Godbee; Rebecca Law South; Kyle Godbee; Barbara Kuffel and Kimberly Law; great grandchild - Timothy Law Hardin. He was predeceased by children - Diane Kuffel Godbee; Christopher Kuffel and Stephen Kuffel and his brother - Martin Kuffel.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Phillip Benizi Catholic Church, Wednesday afternoon, November 30, 2016, at 1 o'clock.
