Charles A Russell

Charles A. Russell, 69, of Pinopolis Road, Moncks Corner, died Saturday evening at a local
hospital.


Charles was born August 30, 1939, at Moncks Corner, a son of Otto M. Russell, Sr., and Sarah
Edens Russell Walsh. He was a graduate of Berkeley High School, and was an avid hunter and
fisherman. He had served in the U.S.Army, and during his adult career, he had been involved in various
sales and marketing businesses.


Surviving are two sons - Christopher Nowles of Moncks Corner; and Richard Russell and his wife,
Deanette, of New London, NY; a brother - Otto Russell, Jr., and his wife, Imogene, of Pinopolis;
a sister - Sarah R. Stelling and her husband, Rocky, of Kiawah; 9 grandchildren; 4 great
grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.


His memorial service will be held at 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL,
Moncks Corner. Friends may call at Russell Funeral Chapel from 3 o'clock until the hour of service.
