Billy Joe Blevins

With a heavy heart, the family of Billy Joe Blevins, known affectionately as Billy, announces his passing on November 27, 2023, in Moncks Corner, at the age of 39. He was welcomed into this world on December 11, 1983, in Jourdonton, Texas, to  Richard Lewis Blevins and Nora Smith Blevins.

Billy's life was a testament to his humor, his  handiness, and his kindness. Billy had a natural talent for making those around him laugh.

In addition to his parents, Billy is survived by his sisters; Danielle Newman and her husband, Richard, Heather Gamble, and Kathrine Rend with her husband, Dominic; and nieces and nephews—Elaina, Rick, Kaleb, Alyssa, Samantha, Charity, and Laikyn. Billy is preceded in death by his brother, Rick Blevins.

A skilled Maintenance Technician by profession, Billy took pride in his work and was a cherished colleague to many. His beloved cats, his collection of hot sauces, and the joy of crafting something with his own two hands filled his life with happiness.
