Bertie Fiddie Barnett

Bertie Fiddie Barnett, 82, of Moncks Corner, wife of Sam Barnett, died Tuesday September 21, 2010, at her residence.

Bertie was born January 4, 1928, in Berkeley County, the daughter of Theodore Fiddie and Mattie
Melissa Mizzell Fiddie. She was a member of First Christian Church of Moncks Corner.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are 3 daughters – Patsy Rogerson and her husband, Frank of Moncks Corner; Linda Absher and her
husband, Jimmie, of Bonneau; Peggy Davis and her husband, Gregg, of Pinopolis; 2 sisters – Mamie Parker; and
Hattie Dangerfield, both of Moncks Corner; 3 brothers – Jimmy Fiddie; Raymond Fiddie; and Allen Fiddie, all of
Moncks Corner; 4 grandchildren – Karol Ann Roberts; Ben Rogerson; James Absher; and Brett Davis; and 6 great
grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call at Russell Funeral Chapel between 6 and 8 o'clock Thursday evening. Burial will be private.
