Arnold Paul Fish

September 30, 1925 — July 8, 2013

Arnold Paul Fish, 87, of Moncks Corner, Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II, passed away at his home Monday morning, July 8, 2013.

Arnold was born September 30, 1925 at Somerset, KY, the son of Paul Arnold Fish and Ola Dickerson Fish.

Mr. Fish was a retired civil engineer with CSX Railroad (formerly L&N Railroad).
He was a member of Moncks Corner United Methodist Church. Being very active in the Boy Scouts of America as a Scout, he later served as Scout Master for over 10 years. Arnold was a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award.

Surviving are his wife of 65 years - Lola Hogg Fish; two sons - Arnold Paul Fish, Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline, of Moncks Corner; and Charles Ben Fish and his wife, Rosemary, of Anchorage, AK; three grandchildren - Jonathon Paul Fish; Emily Rebecca Fish; and Joseph Francis Fish.

His funeral service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner, Tuesday evening, July 9, 2013 at 7 o'clock. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, between 6 and 7 o'clock,

His graveside committal service will be held in Oak Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Oak Ridge, TN, at 11 o'clock Thursday morning, July 11, 2013.

The family requests that memorials be made to Moncks Corner United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 200 Live Oak Dr., Moncks Corner, S.C. 29461.
